1. Discovery call · free · 30 min. I guide with a few key questions. You talk, I listen. Where your time goes, what you have tried, what you already pay for. By the end we both know if this is a fit and what we would fix first.
2. The leverage map · one week. One 90-minute guided call where I take everything I need. You get back a ranked list of what is possible right now, what each one gives you back, and what is still hype and should wait. Yours to keep either way.
3. The first build · about two weeks. One workflow, fixed scope, fixed price, from the plan. It ships with training for whoever runs it and a plain-language doc of what it does and how to turn it off. Anything bigger gets broken into pieces you approve one at a time.
4. Keep it running · monthly. Up to three hours: tuning, fixes, the next small thing, and the "can it do this?" questions. Month to month. You own everything either way.

I have spent twenty years at the edges of creativity and technology, turning doodles into things people use. I co-invented the 7-billion-dollar Pop! line at Funko. I built #1 Apple apps with 11 million users, and the first markerless motion capture and speak-to-animate apps to run from a phone. Along the way, consumer software for Microsoft Kinect, IBM Watson and Amazon Alexa, back when AI meant yelling at a voice that misheard you.
For the last six years I have taught creative professionals how to use AI without needing to be software engineers, over a thousand of them. Lately I build a lot of agents, apps and skills supporting day-to-day work.
I'm based between the Bay Area and Ecuador, I work on US time, and I answer my own email. If we work together you get me and an army of robots.

Questions?
I tried this before and it did not stick. Why would this be different?
Because we start by teaching it your business. Your language, your pricing, how you onboard, what you decided last time. Most attempts fail at that step, not at the tooling.
Will it send things without me?
No. It drafts and it prepares. You approve the contract, the message, the invoice. And it is told not to invent information it does not have.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know your own business and be willing to say which parts of it frustrate you.
What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
Every build has a human checkpoint before anything reaches a client. You approve the contract, the message, the invoice. The agent does the draft and the legwork.
Do I have to switch tools?
Not likely. I aim to build around what you use. If something is costing you more than it is worth I will say so, then you decide.
Who owns it?
You do. Code, prompts, docs, accounts, all in your name. The monthly keeps it running, it does not hold it hostage.
What if the whole thing is bigger than one build?
Then the plan breaks it into pieces and you approve them one at a time.
